Parks and Recreation Month is almost here, and we’re inviting you to join the fun — and the impact. Each July, communities across the country celebrate the power of parks. This year’s national theme is “Build Together, Play Together,” a reminder that parks are made stronger when local partners come together to create spaces for joy, connection, and wellness.
In St. Johns County, our Parks & Rec programs staff is bringing that theme to life with a full month of free, family-friendly events, giveaways, and community activities — all open to the public and supported by local sponsors who believe in the value of parks and recreation.
